东坡肉
味道不错但酒味不够浓,酒的份量应该加倍。瘦肉不够软烂,或者煮的时间可以从两小时加长到三小时。。。
材料:花肉1公斤,酱油160毫升,糖80毫升,酒50毫升,清水适量
