烟熏培根
材料:
A:五花肉約500克,盐15克(3%), 糖1茶匙 (冷藏腌5天)
B:紅茶包3包,黄砂糖2大匙
用刚做好的培根炒豆,味道是不错但皮的部分挺韧。
之后做了早餐。。。缺了蔬菜不够均衡:p
