Nasi Briyani + 咖喱羊肉
很香的咖喱羊肉但肉质不够软,这次煮了75分钟,觉得再煮多15 - 20分钟应该会比较好。
材料:
A:羊肉500克,马铃薯两粒,洋葱半粒,盐1茶匙
B:香菜一棵,芹菜一棵,萍果半粒,姜少许,红辣椒1条,小辣椒一条,咖喱粉3汤匙,水适量(打成泥)
